Speed Racer is the title of an English adaptation of the Japanese anime Mach GoGoGo, which centered on automobile racing. The series is an early example of an anime becoming a successful franchise in the United States. Speed Racer is also a 2008 American family movie that's a live-action film adaptation of the 1960s Japanese animated series Speed Racer.
